CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because the full product is available for immediate download, refunds are prohibited for all virtual and downloadable products and purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For all in-stock physical products that must be shipped, wine glasses, tumblers, flasks, keychains, bling cups, and mugs may be exchanged or you may receive a store credit that is valid for 6 months as long as it has not been used and is in good condition (no cracks, streaks, chips, missing stones, missing vinyl, etc.). No refunds are accepted.
You are responsible for the return shipping, which means that you are responsible for making sure your item is packaged properly to avoid damage. We recommend sending your return item insured and having a tracking number so that you are able to track your package at all times.
You will receive your credit via an email coupon code to use on the website for your next purchase. The 6-month expiration date starts on the day that Back to the South receives the undamaged product you would like to exchange.

Once payment has been made, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of your purchase. After your 24 hours, we will begin to process your order and begin to design and create your order.
Back to the South defines customization as any product, physical, virtual, or downloadable that was designed and created based upon the specifications you selected and communicated to Back to the South. A customized product has not already been created or designed prior to your order.
