Yoga is quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to workout.
Are you a Yogi? AKA person who is proficient in yoga? I’m working to get there, but I’ve got a long way to go. I’ve always loved yoga, but it became a regular part of my fitness routine about 9 months ago.
Here are a few reasons why I love yoga so much,
- It calms and centers me.
- It stretches my muscles. Y’all I’ve stretched muscles that I didn’t even know you could stretch!
- The peacefulness of it.
- It is strengthening my muscles.
I really need to incorporate it more into my fitness routine other than the one day per week. I spend more time on cardio.
